Two posts in two days - oh, my!

Bathtime during Thanksgiving weekend at my folks house. Dorota is giving him a bath in the turkey pan (cleaned, of course). Click the picture for more Thanksgiving photos (including a trip to Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary - Jakob and I took a two hour walk in the woods - he slept, I walked).

The crowds cry out, ‘where are our pictures of the growing boy?’, and though slow, I aim to please (click on this one to see a few more from the past couple days). Tomorrow, I’ll be posting a whole lot more from the past month.

Yesterday was a doubling day (64 days). He’s 12lbs. 12oz. (5.8kg.) and 24in. (61cm.) long. He goos and coos and smiles on his own (i.e. not from gas). He sleeps and eats on a pretty regular schedule and, like his dad, he needs to be on the move - goes from crying like banshee to silent as soon as he gets moving around (in the carriage, in the carrier, in the sling, on the shoulder). From stories I’ve heard, we’ve been very lucky.
